1. The App

ColorNoodle is a creative coloring and learning app designed for children ages 2–10. The app includes coloring activities, educational games, and a virtual currency called "Noodle Coins."

2. Accounts & Profiles

A parent creates child profiles using a first name, age, and avatar. No email or password is required for children. Parents can manage or delete profiles at any time from the Parent Dashboard.

3. In-App Purchases

Noodle Coins are a virtual currency that can be purchased with real money through your device's app store. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Memberships are subscription plans that unlock premium content. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

All purchases require parent verification via a 4-digit PIN before any transaction can be initiated.

4. Earned Coins

Children can earn Noodle Coins by completing coloring pages, quizzes, and daily challenges. Earned coins are tracked securely and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

• The app is designed for children under parental supervision.
• Parents are responsible for managing purchases, screen time, and profile settings.
• You may not attempt to bypass purchase verification, manipulate the coin economy, or reverse-engineer the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, and content in ColorNoodle are owned by us or our licensors. AI-generated activities are created for your child's personal use and are not for redistribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app beyond the amounts you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
